This bell is the type of bell the School teacher of long ago would stand outside of the one room schoolhouse and ring to call the children to school. It has a dark wooden handle attached to a brass bell. The body of the bell has darkened from age and use but is in very nice condition and when rung has a loud resounding sound. The clapper is a heavy metal ball. There is a scuff on the handle (see pic). It measures 8 1/2 in. high by 4 3/4 in. diameter on the bottom of the bell.
Condition: Use Good Shape
